Weave

Weave is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a way up and a way forward. Weave offers programs to support and alleviate need for people experiencing domestic violence, parents with children 0-12, empowering and helping people who have recently been released from prison, children and their families who face complex social issues such as poverty, family breakdown and mental health issues that are symptomatic of the impacts of systemic disadvantage and intergenerational trauma.
